Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and operating model.
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; set technical and service standards.
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, etc.).
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync, internal services, event-driven pipelines, CLI tools
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and identity provisioning to reduce manual tasks.
• Own internal AI tooling portfolio: evaluation, procurement, monitoring, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, business systems engineering, internal platform
• At least 3 years leading teams responsible for internal business systems, automation, or technology
• Hands-on engineering background; able to read and contribute to automation code (Python or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, and cross-platform data
• Experience deploying and managing modern SaaS environments (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack
• Experience deploying AI tooling (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI-powered support
