📋 Description

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendors, and operating model.
• Lead IT Support, Tooling & Automation teams; set standards.
• Manage internal SaaS platforms: CRM, finance, HR, AI tooling.
• Design API-driven integrations and data workflows.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and identity provisioning.
• Drive AI adoption and automation to cut manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering or related SaaS roles.
• 3+ years leading internal business systems/automation teams.
• Strong Python automation and code contribution ability.
• APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, data sync.
• Experience deploying AI tooling (LLM assistants, automation).
• Security/compliance: ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR; SSO/SAML/SCIM, Zero Trust.
