Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own IT architecture decisions for company-wide systems
• Lead IT operations and helpdesk; ticketing and SLAs
• Manage IT vendor relationships; licensing; asset inventory
• Own network infrastructure for office locations; connectivity, Wi-Fi, conferencing
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding; hardware provisioning; account setup and access deprovisioning
• Manage endpoint hardware lifecycle; procurement, deployment, refresh cycles
• Coordinate with Security & Compliance on IAM and endpoint security tooling
• Lead a 2-3 person IT team; set standards; governance; budget; cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in IT roles, incl 3-5 years leading a team
• Experience owning IT architecture decisions for business-critical systems
• Direct experience running a helpdesk at a similar-sized company, incl ticketing and SLAs
• Experience managing vendor relationships and mitigating sprawl in growing orgs
• Comfort operating with a small team and building processes
• Hybrid work experience preferred for our distributed workforce
