Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and operating model.
• Lead IT Support and IT Tooling & Automation teams, set tech/service standards.
• Manage internal SaaS platforms (CRM, HR, finance, etc.) and integrations.
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync, internal services, and ChatOps tools.
• Establish automated onboarding/offboarding and identity provisioning.
• Oversee internal AI tooling, licensing, usage, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering, business systems, or SaaS tech orgs.
• 3+ years leading teams for internal business systems or automation.
• Strong Python/code-automation skills and API/webhook experience.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems (CRM, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian).
• Proven AI tooling deployment (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, automation).
• Security/compliance focus (SSO, SAML, SCIM, ISO 27001, GDPR).
