Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own the internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and technology operating model
• Lead, develop, and mentor IT Support and IT Tooling & Automation teams; act as escalation point
• Manage IT as an internal product; define service expectations, measure experience, prioritize
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, collaboration
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync workflows, internal services, scripts, event-driven
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, identity provisioning, and self-service to reduce repetitive IT

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, business systems engineering, internal platform
• At least 3 years leading teams responsible for internal business systems, automation, or technology
• Strong hands-on engineering background; ability to read/review code and contribute to automation
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, and cross-platform data
• Proven experience with modern SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack
• Experience deploying AI tooling (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI-powered support, agentic
