Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and operating model across support
• Lead IT Support and IT Tooling & Automation teams; set technical and service standards.
• Manage IT as an internal product with service expectations and employee experience focus.
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms incl. CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, and tooling.
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync, internal services, scripts, event pipelines, and ChatOps.
• Establish automated onboarding, offboarding, identity provisioning, and self-service capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering or related field within SaaS/tech organizations.
• At least 3 years leading teams for internal business systems, automation, or platforms.
• Strong hands-on engineering; able to contribute to automation code (Python or similar).
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, data sync.
• Experience with modern SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Experience deploying AI tooling; governance, access, usage, cost controls.
