Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and tech operating model.
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; set technical/service standards.
• Manage internal SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, collaboration, engineering
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync, internal services, scripts, and ChatOps.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and identity provisioning; self-service capabilities.
• Own AI tooling portfolio: evaluation, procurement, usage monitoring, cost governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT engineering/bus systems engineering/internal platform engineering in SaaS/tech.
• At least 3 years leading teams for internal business systems, automation, or tech platforms.
• Hands-on engineering with automation code (Python or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, data sync.
• Experience with modern SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Experience deploying AI tooling (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI-powered support).
