📋 Description

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and operating model across support, business
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; set technical and service standards.
• Manage internal IT as a product; define service expectations and measure employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT engineering/internal platform experience in SaaS/tech.
• At least 3 years leading teams for internal business systems, automation, or tech platforms.
• Strong hands-on engineering; able to read/write automation code (Python or similar).
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, data sync.
• Proven success managing modern SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack
