Head of IT, London - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Own identity and access: Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Global Admin and break-glass
• Manage devices and endpoints: full lifecycle of laptops and mobiles across three countries
• Own joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) procedures for employees and contractors, ensuring access is
• Run IT for London and Gold Coast, AU offices, covering network, Wi-Fi, firewalls, physical access
• Own the ticket queue, SLAs, and satisfaction surveys. Line manage and develop the first line IT
• Ensure audit readiness and control translation for ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, Cyber Essentials Plus

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations, including at least 2 in a lead or management role, in a multi-office or
• Hands-on experience taking IT controls through at least two of: ISO 27001/27017/27018, Cyber
• Current, hands-on administration experience across M365, Entra ID, conditional access, Intune
• Practical experience with office networking and firewall administration (e.g., Meraki, Fortigate).
• Commercial management experience: owned renewals, negotiated with suppliers, and run a purchasing
• Judgement and communication skills: ability to explain controls to stakeholders, write clear
