📋 Description

• Lead Service Desk, Network, Infra and Workplace teams.
• Drive IT security, compliance and ISO27001 initiatives.
• Set strategic ITSM governance and improve service quality.
• Oversee global IT infrastructure across 25 locations.
• Collaborate with IT Security for shared standards and controls.
• Report to Global IT Division leader and guide senior team leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT exp, 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong ITSM/fitSM background; ISO27001 exp a plus.
• Good knowledge of network, cloud infra, and workplace mgmt.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Leadership, customer focus, vendor management skills.
