📋 Description

• Set and own the multi-year LATAM growth strategy across users, revenue, and market expansion.
• Own the regional P&L along with regional forecasting, budget allocation, and investment
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Country Leads across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and the wider
• Own internal comms and be the executive escalation point for complex challenges; resolve blockers
• Be the two-way translator between LATAM country teams and global functions (Product, Marketing
• Champion local needs with data; turn central resources into competitive advantages for your markets.
