🎯 Requirements

12+ years leading Quality or Training teams in tech
Proven ability building processes and training systems with impact
Experience building a Quality assurance org; measure ops quality
Comfortable with ambiguity; scale processes and programs
Strong operational background with data-driven decisions
Experience building teams, managing managers, developing people
