Head of Legal

📋 Description

• Act as strategic legal advisor to the executive team and board on key decisions.
• Lead and develop our legal team across commercial, corporate, compliance, and operations.
• Direct and manage relationships with external counsel and fractional advisers.
• Lead corporate governance across the group's entities in Switzerland, the UK and Germany.
• Negotiate high-value commercial agreements (SaaS, MSAs, DPAs) and refine templates.
• Develop AI governance and legal ops (CLM, tooling, budgeting) with AI/RevOps teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PQE with significant in-house scale-up experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a small legal team.
• Strong SaaS commercial experience; negotiating high-value contracts.
• Legal operations experience, including AI governance for internal tooling and product.
• Strong risk management with horizon scanning across UK/EU and beyond.
• Experience supporting international/global expansion (UK, Europe, US).
