📋 Description

• Lead legal design of investment vehicles across jurisdictions for crypto-native participation.
• Develop and oversee AML/KYC and securities-law compliance.
• Manage legal lifecycle of deals (SAFEs/SAFTs) and token purchase agreements.
• Act as primary contact for regulators and external counsel; monitor DeFi regulatory changes.
• Establish internal legal protocols for treasury management, token incentives, and governance.
• Bridge Code is Law with traditional legal frameworks; understand smart contracts, liquidity pools.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of legal experience in Investment Management (Hedge Funds/PE/VC).
• Senior Legal role within crypto/Web3 sector.
• Deep knowledge of global securities laws and DeFi regulation.
• JD or equivalent; active bar membership.
• Experience with cross-border tax structuring and offshore funds.
• Strong ability to manage external law firms and regulators.
