Serve as primary regulator/external counsel liaison for DeFi changes.
Establish internal legal protocols for treasury, token incentives, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years legal exp in investment mgmt (hedge funds, PE, VC).
Senior legal role in crypto/Web3 sector.
Deep knowledge of global securities laws and DeFi regulations.
J.D. or equivalent; active bar membership.
Cross-border tax structuring and offshore fund jurisdiction exp (Cayman, BVI, Singapore).
Experience coordinating with international law firms.
