📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day management of the legal function.
• Own UK, Prague and India operating model.
• Provide people management including reviews and coaching.
• Act as first escalation point for team and business.
• Oversee external counsel spend and cost control; establish clear mandates.
• Drive process improvements and legal operations discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with substantial in-house post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial and tech background, ideally in software/SaaS.
• Experience leading a legal team across multiple locations.
• Experience managing external counsel and legal spend.
• Ability to implement service models and intake standards.
