📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements with clients and vendors including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal frameworks
• Oversee contract management and approval processes, including matters requiring support from
• Support the development of policies and procedures that support corporate integrity, compliance
• Identify legal risks and develop practical strategies to mitigate exposure and protect CFGI’s
• Monitor regulatory requirements affecting CFGI, including data privacy, employment, competition

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 10+ years post-qualified experience with significant exposure to complex commercial agreements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with clients, vendors, partners
• Experience developing and maintaining contract templates and legal processes across multiple
• Experience managing ad hoc matters such as employment, litigation, disputes, settlements
• Experience developing legal risk-management strategies and compliance policies.
