Head of Legal AI & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven transformation for Legal & Compliance.
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions for risk and contracts.
• Architect scalable data infrastructure across systems.
• Drive adoption of generative AI (LLMs, RAG) in workflows.
• Develop dashboards for real-time risk and program insights.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Data, and IT to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, or related field
• 6+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML into production
• Strong Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, dbt
• Exposure to GDPR, FCPA, SOX in regulated environments
