📋 Description

• Own all legal functions: product, privacy, commercial, corporate, employment, IP, regulatory, and
• Decide and publicly state Dojo's positions on AI, online safety, and kids' products before
• Win seals and certifications that build trust with parents and school districts
• Make privacy a key reason districts choose Dojo
• Manage regulator interactions to protect product and reputation
• Support product, engineering, and partnerships teams early to accelerate shipping

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience at a consumer tech company of 100-1,000 people
• Proven track record of making product and business leaders faster
• Strong privacy expertise (COPPA, FERPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and AI regulations
• Experience with M&A, financings, and board work
• Experience leading talent-dense teams and managing outside firms
• Hands-on experience rebuilding legal work with AI
