📋 Description

• Own the legal and compliance framework for AI-powered calling and dialer.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed compliance in workflows.
• Lead external advisors for TCPA and related matters.
• Oversee privacy program across GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and US state laws.
• Manage data subject requests and privacy operations.
• Own data sourcing, governance, DPIAs, and transfer assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, US bar.
• Deep privacy experience with GDPR/CCPA; practical in products and data flows.
• Experience advising Product/Engineering and influencing decisions.
• Proven ability to establish/scaling legal/compliance in growth env.
• Strong data privacy, AI governance, regulatory risk mgmt.
• Experience with TCPA and telephony regs desired.
