📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale Legal Engineering Managers serving Harvey's in-house teams.
• Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms for scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Operations to align priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to legal department leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive org performance via planning, resource mgmt, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering at Harvey.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
• Experience at a top-tier firm (Vault 50) or in-house at a Fortune 500/leading tech company.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and ability to influence senior leaders.
