📋 Description

• Lead Bybit EU legal operations and scale the legal team.
• Set direction for design, implement, and maintain MiCAR compliance programs.
• Advise leadership on MiCAR-compliant product launches with product teams.
• Oversee compliance risk assessments and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into strategic guidance.
• Lead regulatory reports, licenses, and approvals in Austria.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/JD/Mag. iur./LL.M. or equivalent).
• 8+ years legal/regulatory experience; in-house in crypto/fintech preferred.
• Led MiCAR licensing initiatives with regulators.
• Knowledge of MiCAR, MiFID, and E-Money/PSD laws.
• Cross-functional partner; translate regulation into actionable guidance.
• Excellent English; German proficiency is a plus.
