Develop and execute a clear legal roadmap aligned with Alma's strategy
Identify and manage legal risks, advising the Executive Committee
Oversee drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements
Manage corporate legal matters and ensure governance compliance
Define and oversee the data protection framework (GDPR)
Lead, coach and develop the Legal team

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in law or equivalent legal qualification
15+ years in senior legal positions (bank/FinTech and law firm)
Strong expertise in banking, commercial and tech contracts
Experience in corporate law and international operations
Professional standing to act as Data Protection Officer
Fluent in French and English
