Legal operations mastery: CLM/e-Billing, AI-enabled tech, process improvements
Financial & business acumen: budget management, vendor negotiations, data-driven reporting
Executive presence: partner with C-suite, lead cross-functional teams
Education: Bachelor's required; JD or MBA strongly preferred
