Head of Legal Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Legal Operations for a global Legal team and help set priorities, drive execution, and improve
• Design and improve scalable legal processes, workflows, and intake models to drive efficiency
• Own and evolve Legal's technology landscape, including implementation, optimization, adoption, and
• Help simplify and scale legal support through better templates, playbooks, guidance, self-service
• Partner with Legal leadership on metrics, dashboards, and reporting across workload, cycle times
• Support Legal budget management and outside counsel operations, including spend tracking, vendor

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, legal technology
• Strong experience selecting, implementing, and improving legal processes and legal technology
• Experience using data and reporting to improve performance, inform decisions, and manage resources
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams support commercial, product, and corporate
• Experience in leading change, driving adoption, and bringing structure to ambiguous or fast-moving
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and judgment to work
