Manage Lighting and Video team; oversee department operations
Ensure Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported
Create department schedule; coordinate show and work schedules
Manage training of Lighting and Video staff; ongoing development
Foster a healthy, respectful workplace with Production and the community
Provide feedback on lighting/video cue tracks; update crew run sheets with Stage and Production

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts or equivalent
5+ years in a similar lighting/video environment
Previous leadership experience
Strong technical knowledge of Lighting and Video
In-depth knowledge of High End Systems HOG lighting consoles
Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration
