📋 Description

• Lead Lighting Dept for Blue Man Group North American Tour.
• Oversee GrandMA2 console operation and cueing.
• Ensure safety and creative integrity of lighting across venues.
• Collaborate with Video and Production to integrate lighting with show.
• Manage load-ins/outs, rigging, and equipment across tour stops.
• Mentor crew; schedule staff; ensure show readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Lighting/Technical Theatre.
• 5+ years in live entertainment or touring lighting.
• Expertise with GrandMA2, fixtures, and automated lighting.
• Strong rigging, power distribution, DMX, and show-file management.
• Experience supervising technical staff.
• Domestic travel ability; US work eligibility.
