📋 Description

  • Lead Lighting, Projection and Special Effects for touring Cirque show.
  • Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of related systems.
  • Manage department during rehearsals, performances, training, city transfers.
  • Hire, train, and supervise crew; HR tasks and evaluations.
  • Budget forecasting and capital expense projections.
  • Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and Cirque safety culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree or certification in live entertainment or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in Lighting, Projection/Video and SFX.
  • Minimum 3 years leadership in technical entertainment; 2 years touring.
  • Deep knowledge of installing, operating, maintaining lighting, projection, and SFX.
  • Experience with Lighting Consoles and Video Servers; PC hardware.
  • Knowledge of DMX, MIDI and Timecode; performer tracking; Ethernet/Wireless.
  • CAD software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS) and MS Office; fluent English.
