Head of Litigation & Legal Compliance

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and practical guidance on litigation, disputes, investigations, and compliance.
• Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day litigation counseling and business-focused advice.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes, and practices for legal risk management.
• Manage relationships with external law firms, consultants, and other providers.
• Partner with technology teams to optimize e-discovery and data retention practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to manage disputes and compliance projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance (law firm + global).
• J.D. or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and evolving priorities.
• Strong communication and ability to present actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
