🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, deploying production ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance and failure modes.
• Hands-on Python, PyTorch and/or JAX; GPU training/inference.
• Balance research innovation with practical product delivery.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, or multimodal AI.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; high-impact decisions.
