📋 Description

• Define and execute the research strategy for core AI intelligence (reasoning, memory).
• Lead architecture decisions on proprietary vs open-source or commercial models.
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, reliability.
• Establish AI alignment, safety, and guardrails for dependable behavior.
• Explore advanced ML approaches: retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, multimodal AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable production.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance, failure modes, and long-term architectural decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and/or JAX, and GPU-based training/inference.
• Balance research innovation with practical product delivery and real-world performance.
• Experience with large language models, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, or multimodal architectures.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to make high-impact decisions.
