📋 Description

• Define and execute the research strategy for core AI intelligence (reasoning, memory).
• Lead technical decisions on model architecture and when to build vs leverage models.
• Design evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, and reliability.
• Establish AI alignment, safety, and guardrail strategies for dependable behavior.
• Explore advanced ML approaches (retrieval-augmented training, MoE, multimodal).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, deploying production ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance and failure modes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and/or JAX, plus GPU training/inference.
• Balance research innovation with practical product delivery and real-world performance.
• Experience with advanced AI techniques incl. LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration, or multimodal.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decisive in evolving environments.
