🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance, failure modes, and long-term architectural decisions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and/or JAX, plus GPU-based training/inference.
• Balance research innovation with practical product delivery and real-world performance.
• Experience with advanced AI techniques: LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration, multimodal.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and high-impact decision making.
