• Responsible for Hydro's business in Finland
• Building and strengthening customer relationships
• Driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies and business plans
• Ensuring successful execution
• Monitoring project deliveries and quality
• Negotiating contracts and agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role, or experience managing large-scale projects, within the energy
• Experience in a position with profit and loss responsibility and a solid understanding of business
• Understanding of the energy and/or hydropower industry in Finland
• Post-secondary technical education
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
