📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision for Maze's Market Research service in AI-native world.
• Design and evolve qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method methodologies.
• Build and lead the Market Research org: operating model, delivery, QA, hiring.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing research team.
• Serve as the executive research lead on strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence AI-powered research roadmap.

• Significant experience leading market research teams or insights orgs.
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis.
• Experience building or scaling research organizations, practices, or services.
• Strong executive presence advising senior leaders and enterprise customers.
• Experience partnering across commercial, product, and operations teams.
