📋 Description

• Drive Allergan Aesthetics product lines, envisioning and executing marketing programs to support
• Lead the marketing department and a cross functional matrix team to drive strategy, operational
• Participate in annual forecasting cycle as well as plan process including forecasting and expense
• Routinely utilize market data to appraise brand performance and market evolution and take action as
• Manage promotional budget to ensure that activities are conducted as per the brand plan and the
• Lead the development of robust strategic plan for brands for the entire portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Must have prior consumer healthcare or beauty industry marketing experience
• Product launch experience at a Country or International level
• Experience of strategic brand planning through to local execution
• Experience of hiring and managing external agencies (creative/med comms)
• Digital and consumer experience preferred
• Sales/sales management experience or can demonstrate how they have gained strong understanding of
