📋 Description

• Build and scale a pipeline engine with affiliates, creators, influencers, and referrals.
• Generate qualified opportunities for sales and own marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Own marketing budget and channel strategy focused on ROI and revenue.
• Build repeatable acquisition systems to reduce founder-led growth.
• Develop website messaging, positioning, and content to improve conversions.
• Build SEO, AEO, and LLM visibility to drive pipeline.
• Use AI and automation to increase output and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to set revenue targets and KPI forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing in ecommerce SaaS.
• Deep experience building affiliate, creator, influencer, and referral programs.
• Proven track record generating pipeline and revenue via partnerships.
• Experience creating thought leadership, positioning, messaging, and content.
• Experience building marketing systems in fast-moving startups.
• Strong copywriting, messaging, GTM, and content marketing skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, LLM visibility and AI-powered discovery.
• AI-first operator using tools like ChatGPT/Claude to work independently.
