📋 Description

• Establish the company as the leader in AI powered partnership marketing
• Generate qualified pipeline and revenue growth via affiliate/partner programs
• Build marketing function, strategy, and scalable systems
• Recruit and grow strategic partners; personally execute campaigns
• Own GTM, budget, forecasting, and ROI measurement
• Develop messaging, content, and SEO/LLM visibility for pipeline growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years in hands-on B2B marketing (B2B SaaS/MarTech to ecommerce brands)
• Experience owning GTM strategy, positioning, pipeline generation, and execution
• Deep experience building affiliate/creator/influencer/referral programs
• Track record of marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue ownership
• Experience creating founder thought leadership and category positioning
• Hands-on, not just managing agencies/freelancers; strong builder mindset
