📋 Description

• Build an AI-powered marketing engine: Develop and deploy AI agents and automations that execute
• Own marketing strategy and performance: Set priorities across growth, paid acquisition, affiliate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 or more years leading a marketing team.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents or automations that perform meaningful marketing work
• Proven accountability for pipeline and revenue targets, including ownership of CAC and payback
• Experience running a conversion rate optimization program and managing lifecycle marketing across
• Hands-on proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, and Stripe, including marketing analytics and measurement.
