Head of Marketing

📋 Description

• Develop branding initiatives to promote Solstice's storytelling for customers and new hires
• Organize events and initiatives with customers (dinners, fundraisers, interviews, panels)
• Execute day-to-day marketing across channels (content, digital, campaigns)
• Support messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive leads and engagement
• Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments
• Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data-driven approaches
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed
