📋 Description

• Own and lead the marketing strategy and execution end to end, including lead generation, growth
• Audit marketing operations; identify performance gaps; create a unified cross-channel growth
• Scale performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, SEO, website, content
• Map and optimize the customer journey across acquisition, conversion, and retention touchpoints.
• Build a high-performing marketing org by scaling internal team and coordinating external partners.
• Establish analytics, attribution, reporting, and measurement frameworks for visibility into

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of digital and performance marketing experience, including leading a marketing team in
• Proven track record scaling multi-channel marketing with measurable growth in leads, revenue, or
• Hands-on expertise across SEO, paid media/PPC, web, content, and email/lifecycle marketing.
• Strong experience connecting multiple channels into a cohesive customer journey.
• Advanced analytics with hands-on GA4, data modeling, dashboards, funnels, and attribution.
• Ability to lead strategically while executing campaigns and optimization efforts.
