🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building brands in defense/space or tech.
• Deep knowledge of German policy, defense, and industry.
• Fluent German and English writing for varied audiences.
• Strong creative direction and campaign judgment.
• Proven ability to hire, build teams, and manage agencies.
• Comfort with security constraints and government comms.
