Head of Marketing Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead a marketing compliance function and scale up the team.
• Design and implement a scalable global compliance framework supported by policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies and procedures tailored to the unique risks
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to define and operationalize a review and approval
• Establish a robust and effective ongoing post-publication monitoring program to ensure that
• Leverage AI-enabled technological solutions to develop a holistic global marketing compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a lead in compliance, legal, or marketing compliance roles, ideally within financial
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of marketing regulations and standards across key jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets, with strong familiarity with both CeFi and
• Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and controls from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills across global and cross-functional teams.
