📋 Description

• Own growth marketing end-to-end across offline, digital, CRM, loyalty, and brand.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and engagement across stores and digital.
• Build and scale membership and loyalty engine: value proposition, offers, communication, repeat loops.
• Lead offline and shopper marketing for Tier 3-5 customers and local markets.
• Own digital performance and CRM with funnel thinking, experimentation, metrics.
• Develop creative campaigns that generate virality, salience, and customer recall.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years marketing exp in FMCG, retail, consumer internet, or D2C.
• Mix FMCG foundation with startup/new-age consumer experience.
• Strong digital/CRM, offline marketing, and brand skills; offline essential.
• Solid funnel thinking, experimentation, and metrics.
• Ability to build high-frequency, creative campaigns that drive growth.
• Mass-market intuition with local nuance and clear messaging.
