Head of Marketing Operations

📋 Description

• Lead marketing operations and analytics at Cohere, covering the team, martech stack, measurement of
• Manage the marketing operations, automation, analytics and data operations staff, and hire where
• Own the attribution methodology, document it, and get sign-off from Marketing, Revenue Operations
• Own Marketing systems and data end to end: Marketo, Looker, GA4, 6sense, and the campaign and lead
• Ensure campaign data is structured well and target-account data reconciles to the governed account
• Own the martech and operations budget, track budget and headcount across marketing, and build

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics in B2B or enterprise software, including
• Experience managing a marketing operations and analytics team and martech budget, setting
• Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience with lead lifecycle, campaign structure, routing and the
• Owned a multi-touch attribution model end to end and defended its definitions to a CFO or executive
• SQL proficiency and comfort with a governed BI layer like Looker to verify numbers independently.
• Run the data side of an account-based motion, including hygiene for a reportable target account
