📋 Description

  • Lead UK marketing planning cycles across Brand, Campaigns, PR, Social, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Creative.
  • Build and maintain the UK marketing calendar for campaigns, events and launches.
  • Own the UK marketing budget: forecasting, spend allocation, tracking and optimisation.
  • Develop unified performance dashboards covering traffic, new customer acquisition, brand health and media efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Research on attribution, incrementality and performance measurement.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and translate insights into actions for future plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience in marketing strategy, operations, planning or performance roles.
  • Proven success in multi-channel marketing/ecommerce environment.
  • Strong commerciality with budgets, forecasting and investment decisions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance measurement approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence at all levels.
