📋 Description

• Execute marketing strategy for public launch of the protocol and token
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to build awareness and adoption
• Drive qualified traffic to the website and grow engagement across the ecosystem
• Create, lead, and optimise campaigns for developers, builders, creators, and the Web3 community
• Own product marketing and communications for clear positioning across channels
• Identify partnerships and ecosystem opportunities to accelerate growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing, growth, product marketing, or related field
• Proven Web3/DeFi/creator economy experience
• Track record launching a token or Web3 product to a public audience
• Strong understanding of Web3 communities, growth, partnerships
• Experience GTM and product marketing strategies
• Ability to translate complex Web3 concepts into clear messaging
