📋 Description

• Lead and shape Valtech's mobile capability in the UK
• Hybrid of client strategy and hands-on consulting (60% strategy/delivery, 40% capability leadership
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, strategists and designers to deliver mobile experiences
• Define platform strategy, guide modernisation, and drive mobile innovation across native and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading mobile engineering teams, practices or capabilities
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders
• Technical leadership across iOS/Android and cross‑platforms (Flutter/React Native)
• Experience with CI/CD, security, analytics, observability and cloud‑native platforms
• Proven ability to manage client engagements, workshops and growth initiatives
• Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills
