🎯 Requirements

Proven track record building and scaling high-traffic B2C apps with millions of users
Startup/scale-up DNA: rapid iteration, ambiguity, growth targets
Proven experience leading mobile teams in product-driven, high-velocity environments
Still deeply technical: roll up your sleeves, contribute to the codebase, and challenge architecture
Strong product and business mindset: user impact, retention, engagement
Fluent in English; French is a plus
