Head of Network Expansion and Facilities

📋 Description

• Launch new fulfillment centers; set timelines, milestones, cross-functional alignment.
• Design facility layouts; optimize floor plans; install MHE to maximize flow.
• Manage vendor partnerships; keep construction on schedule and aligned with stakeholders.
• Forecast network capacity; analyze storage and model growth to predict footprint.
• Re-engineer spaces; optimize layouts to increase capacity with no disruption.
• Own preventive maintenance; track inspections and uptime for MHE, HVAC, safety systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FC Operations/Program Management.
• 5+ years negotiation experience; commercial real estate knowledge preferred.
• Space planning, labor modeling, process improvement experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
